JSC "UNEX BANK" announces a competition to fill the vacant position of Business Analyst

Main tasks:

1. Support for the development of the bank's online channel:

• identification of opportunities to improve existing processes and functions;
• data analysis and hypothesis testing with clients;
< li>description of tasks for implementing changes;
• monitoring of the results of implemented changes.

2. Analytical support of the online channel:

• monitoring of existing indicators and metrics of channel activity;
• support for the development of new metrics and reports, setting tasks for implementation in BI systems ;
• performance of individual analytical tasks;
• preparation of regular reporting.

3. Development of the IT function:

• system analysis for changes in the existing or creation of a new IT function;
• formulation of tasks for the IT backlog;
• support of IT specialists in the process of development and implementation of changes;
• testing of new and updated functionality.

4. Improving the customer experience:

• monitoring of the overall level of satisfaction of customers and partners;
• analysis and evaluation of incidents with customers and partners;
• participation in implementing changes to improve the customer experience.

Candidate requirements:

• interest in developing online tools for engagement and service clients;
• experience in preparing technical requirements for the IT function, testing and implementing changes (Jira, Confluence);
• knowledge of SQL and Excel for data analysis;
• experience in building or managing the building of reports in BI systems.
