What professional skills are important:

< li>Successful work experience as a business analyst in IT from 4 years
• Skills in project scope and budget formation, planning, change management, risk assessment, quality control
• Ability to manage stakeholders, lead communication
• Understanding design stages
• Understanding the principles of human-centered design
• Ability to interview customers, analyze requirements, clearly formulate tasks for developers
• Ability to work with the regulatory and legal framework
• Skills for preparing technical documentation
• Skills for building business process diagrams.

Desired professional experience of the candidate:

• Experience of working in high-volume IT projects
• Experience of working with government structures
• Experience of service design
• Experience of integration of various registers/systems

Is English required and at what level?

• Yes, Intermediate+

What under the terms:

• Is there a trial period and how long does it last? - up to 3 months, but you can end it earlier (it will depend on the results of your work)
• What is the work schedule? - depending on the team, from approximately 09:30 to 18:30.
• Is it possible to work remotely? - yes, we do not have requirements for the candidate's territorial location, but the city of Kyiv will be an advantage.

• Number of vacation days? — 24 calendar days + company holidays (in military time we have only three company holidays — Easter, Defender of the Fatherland Day and Christmas)
• Number of paid sick days per year? — 5 hospital days per year without a doctor's certificate. With a certificate, the number of days is unlimited, but of course it is better not to be sick)

• How many stages of the interview and with whom? — the order may change, but usually we have 3-4 stages:
• Stage 1 — interview with HRG (duration up to 60 minutes — we check to what extent you and I are compatible in terms of values ​​and the presence of the competencies we need at Google meet).
• Stage 2 - technical interview with Creative Director, PM - we focus on standard, rather "objective" questions to understand the technical level of knowledge and familiarity with technologies.
• li>Stage 3 - technical task (estimated for a few hours).
• Stage 4 - meeting our CEO and CHRO (optional).
