Business analyst in Marketing Team

Requirements:

• Experience: You have 2+ years of experience in IT as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.

• Documentation Expertise: Masterful use of UML and BPMN to create detailed documentation and process designs.

• Analytical Skills: Excel at analyzing complex data flows and designing efficient business processes.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of application development and system integration.

• Open API: Well-versed in Open API specifications.

• Methodological Adaptability: Familiarity with both traditional waterfall SDLC and Agile/Lean methodologies.

• Communication: Proven experience with communication protocols such as REST, GRPC, and messaging.

• Specification Management: Able to create clear and comprehensive system specification artifacts.

• Process Improvement: Experience in optimizing business processes.

• Language Skills: Upper-Intermediate level or higher English. 

Will be a plus:

• Specialized Experience: Background in gambling or related industries.

• Language Familiarity: Basic knowledge of the Java programming language. 

Responsibilities:

• Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to align business needs with architectural decisions.

• Documentation Management: Maintain comprehensive documentation for technical teams (architects, developers, QA).

• Product Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of our products and applications to guide new requirements and identify potential risks.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, providing insights into opportunities and risks.

• Technology Monitoring: Stay updated on emerging technologies relevant to our business.

• Documentation: Craft detailed business requirement documents, functional specs, and integration specs.

• Specification Development: Create meticulous requirements specifications ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Documentation Oversight: Manage documentation related to your responsibilities (requirement specs, user manuals, maintenance manuals, etc.).
