Your Role:

• Collection and analysis of business requirements from interested parties (Product Owners, clients)
• Formation and documentation of platform functionality requirements
• Conduct current process analysis and propose improvements to optimize communication experience
• Interaction with team
• Collaboration with development and design teams to ensure understanding of requirements
• Interaction with QA engineers to prepare test cases, verify product compliance with requirements
• Process modeling:
• Development of business processes, data flow diagrams, user scenarios
• Description and visualization of the business logic of the product
• Managing changes in requirements, their impact on the project and the final product
• Assessing the impact of changes on user experience and business indicators
• Creating and documentation support for the project (specifications, diagrams, user stories)
