Business analyst in Goodwill Tech

We are looking for a business analyst to join our team!

Our company is one of the market leaders in implementing RPA technologies. The main task of RPA is robotization and acceleration of business processes and minimizing the participation of human labor in them. RPA technologies will be profitable and useful for large and medium-sized businesses.

The mission of our company is to spread and implement RPA technology in Ukraine and beyond, which will free people from routine so that they can solve more important tasks.

We cooperate with such companies in Ukraine and Europe as: Fozzy Group, ARX, Astana Motors, Caspi Tours and others.

< b style="font-weight: 700">Working together, your tasks will be:

• Business analysis -processes and identification of shortcomings, help in their correct construction.
• Determining the needs and expectations of customers, gathering requirements for the project: requirements for interfaces, description of the logic of system interaction, their formalization in the form of a document.
• li>Writing the technical task and / or creating prototypes.
• Help in creating a high-level estimate of the project execution time (estimate by analogy, three-point estimate).
• Correct and timely tracking company systems (including moderation).
• Portfolio of projects from the point of view of administration and analytics
• Representation of the company's interests to the client at all stages of implementation of accountable projects (including at the stage of sale and project initiation). Communication with clients, keeping meeting notes.
• Control and ensuring compliance with deadlines, budget and quality of execution of accountable projects and works.
• Constant informing and coordination of all departments participating in the project ( ensuring effective information exchange). Conducting introductory, regular, planning meetings to control the execution of tasks and compliance with the work schedule.
• Compilation and control over the compilation of documentation for the management of accountable projects (including verification and approval of reports based on the results of the implementation of project stages, compilation of consolidated reports)
• Effective management of solving problems that arise during project implementation.

Necessary hard skills:

• Possession spoken English (it is necessary to speak with customers by voice)
• Proficiency in basic software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.)
• Time management skills
• Skills for working with documentation< /li>
• Understanding the principles of building business processes
• Experience as a project manager / analyst or similar
