Responsibilities:

• Collection and analysis of business needs and requirements of the company.
• Automation of business processes using existing or new technical solutions.
• Formation of BRD projects, development of functional/non-functional requirements, definition of User-stories and their validation, description of integrations.
• Setting of technical tasks for developers, their control implementation, testing.
• Maintenance of technical documentation and creation of training materials for employees.

Requirements:

Hard skills:

• 1+ year of experience in this position.
• Intermediate English level.
• Knowledge and experience in using the basics of business analytical artifacts (BRD, description of processes using BPMN 2.0, User Stories, User Story Map, UseCases, UML, ERD, etc.).
• Understanding the components of SDLC.
• Experience in conducting the full development cycle - gathering requirements, designing, writing technical assignment, testing, handover of works to the customer.
• Experience of working with relational and non-relational databases.
• It will be an advantage: experience of working with ERP/CRM systems (including 1C 8.3) and mastery of BI tools.
