Business analyst in GENERATION OF RECRUITERS

The international B2B company is looking for a candidate for the "Business Analyst" position due to staff expansion. 

Tasks:

• Analysis of the company’s business processes
• Development and implementation of process improvement strategies /li>
• Creation of reports and analytical materials for decision-making
• Preparation of presentations for company management

Requirements:

• Experience as a business analyst/operations manager from 1 year.
• Education in the field of management, business administration or related fields.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills skills.
• Proficiency with tools for data analysis and data visualization (for example, Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau or Power BI).
• Knowledge of process and project management methodologies (BPM, Agile, Scrum , PMBOK).
• Ability to deeply analyze business processes in order to optimize and automate them.
• Ability to identify and implement improvements to increase the efficiency of business operations.
