2. Experience in the decomposition of system functionality, incl. by the architectural layers of the software. Experience in work decomposition and task management is desirable.
3. Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation, as a system of documents necessary and sufficient for software implementation. In particular, for the stages of modeling, prototyping and software implementation.

Competence requirements

1. Conducting discussions and interviews according to professional directly.
2. Owning any tool for designing layouts of user interfaces. It is desirable to design layouts in Axure.
3. Desirable:
   1. UML - understanding the content and purpose of class diagrams, object diagrams, sequence diagrams. Possession of any tool for creating UML diagrams.
   2. BPMN – understanding the content and purpose of the notation. Proficiency in any tool for creating BPM diagrams.
   3. SMART, RACI matrix - understanding of content and purpose.

   5. Experience in designing, understanding the content and way of implementing the system of user authorizations to functionality and to data using RBAC, ABAC, ACL. 
   6. Experience of decomposition of functionality and tasks. It takes place in the format of a joint discussion and assessment.
   7. Experience in designing a user interface that is holistic in its design with features of a single stylistic culture, single approaches and principles.
