What should be done:

• analysis and requirements identification: collection and analysis of requirements from users and business, including both functional and non-functional requirements;
• design of technical documentation and technical tasks: drafting and design of technical documentation, including technical specifications and tasks, for transfer to developers ;
• modeling of processes and systems: application of modeling methodologies, such as UML and BPMN, to describe and visualize processes and systems;
• supporting communication between project teams, to successfully create and maintain the Internet - retail store.

We expect from you:

• work experience in the position of a business analyst in the e-commerce sphere from 2 years;
• experience working with tools such as Jira and Confluence to manage project requirements and documentation, as well as visualization tools such as Camunda, Cawemo, Draw.IO, Miro, Visio;
• working with APIs: working with documentation for developers such as REST API and GraphQL, as well as using API validation tools such as Postman and SoapUI.
• experience working with large volumes of data using tools such as Excel and Power BI, for data analysis and visualization;
• writing SQL queries: experience writing simple SQL queries to retrieve data from the database;
• having an Adobe (Magento) Certificate will be a plus.
