Functional:

• Planning and budgeting of income and expenses by business areas;
• Preparation of management reports on the fact of activity by business areas;
• Calculation of production costs and provision of services by the holding's enterprises;
• Conducting a plan-fact analysis of activities by business areas;
• Control of the correctness of the entries of articles and subdivisions in the Cash Flow report.
