ABINBEV EFES UKRAINE, the largest brewing company in the world, which is successfully operating and developing in Ukraine, announces the opening of the position Manager of brewing production projects, m. Chernihiv

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the successful implementation of projects of different complexity and scope in the Ukraine business unit;
• Manage projects and control their technical implementation within the framework of the budget, quality and plan;
• Represent Global/Zonal initiatives in the Ukraine business unit;
• Ensure compliance with investment and disinvestment procedures;
• Ensure implementation of the permitting process for each project in accordance with current legislation;
• Provide support to project teams at factories, regarding compliance with project management methodology;
• Develop and implement 3-year plan of capital expenditures, defense of the budget before the leadership of the Ukraine business unit, as well as the department of engineering projects of the zonal brewery support;
• Perform information and technical work related to information documentation, analysis, summarization and processing materials;
• Observe the rules of internal labor regulations, instructions, procedures, regulations on labor protection, environment, fire and man-made safety, workers instructions.

Requirements:

• Higher technical education;
• Experience in managing technical projects (preferably construction ) at least 5 years;
• Ability to simultaneously manage projects at different locations/Factories;
• Knowledge of methodology and risk management experience;
• Ability to work in a team, good skills communications;
• Responsibility, attentiveness, discipline;
• A confident PC user (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, MS Project);
• Analytical skills, communication skills, flexibility;
• Aspiration for self-development;
• Knowledge of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate level.
