Main responsibilities: Ensuring support for the work of the unit through daily, weekly and monthly KPI; Implementation of organizational support for the technological process of brewing; Development, implementation, control, ensuring the release of beer in accordance with technological documentation, specifications. Analysis of recipes, adaptation to existing raw materials; Ensuring an effective VPO routine in the unit; Daily analysis of reports on extract losses and planning of actions to reduce them; Ensuring control over the working condition of production equipment, timely organization of preventive, capital and current repairs; Control over the issuance and rational use of acids , alkalis and disinfectant solutions; Monitoring of technological processes, selection of evaluation criteria and analysis of the obtained results, development of preventive and corrective actions; Control and improvement of utility indicators (water, heat and electricity) in the brewing industry; Optimization of use and improvement of CO2 collection. Requirements for pre-candidates :Higher education in the direction of fermentation production technology;Knowledge of beer production technology, the structure and principles of operation of the brewery site, technological scheme of brewery production, quality management system;Responsibility, discipline, initiative;A confident PC user (MS Office, SAP);Knowledge of the English language will be advantage.
