- Occupational experience in the recruiter of 2 years (additional experience in Miltech and Defense Tech will be an advantage).
- The ability to work with 5–7 personnel.
- Ability to interview and evaluate candidates.
- Orientation to the result, communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- The desire to learn and develop in the HR SPER. B2 and above will be an advantage.
- High self -organization, flexibility and adaptability.
