This is the position of the owner of the production direction, not the coordinator of individual tasks.

Our client is a large product company that sells swimming pools and pool equipment and works with several European markets.

The business has a broad physical product line where packaging, printing, instructions, catalogs and POS materials are a critical part of the product and sales, rather than a secondary function.

  • 20+ years on the physical goods market.
  • Sales in Ukraine and European countries Hundreds of SKUs with a constant need to update packaging and materials.
  • Own brandsand product lines.
  • Production is removed from the CMO operational area and becomes a separate direction with ownership, clear processes and clear responsibilities for the result.

  • Ability to manage the process and respond for the result, not just to coordinate.

Areas of responsibility / tasks

  • Planning and control of all types of brand production:packaging, printing, merch, sales materials, events and digital channels.
  • Formation and maintenance of a single production calendar: deadlines, statuses, priorities, responsible, budgets.
  • Management of the full production cycle of packaging and printing — from TK and layouts to launch in production and the finished result.
  • Working with printing houses and manufacturers: TOR, commercial offers, terms, quality, cost optimization without loss of level.
  • Managing the design process: setting tasks, feedback, accepting materials accordingly to brand standards.
  • Coordination of photo and video production according to the needs of the product and packaging (filming of goods, packaging, unpacking, instructional and promotional materials).
  • Management of a specialist in photo/video production: tasks, priorities, deadlines, quality of the result.
  • Interaction with marketing, category department, logistics and accounting within the limits of production projects.
  • Building and maintaining a system ofstorage of brand materials and current versions of layouts.
