Brand Marketing Manager (junior) in Gravity

Gravity is an IT company that transforms great ideas into successful projects. We develop effective solutions and tools for business promotion and support. Right now we are looking for a Junior Brand Marketing Manager.

What you will do:

• Participate in content creation brainstorms -plan. 

• Implementation of the content plan (writing texts, creating visuals or prescribing technical specifications for the designer, basic video editing). 

• Content adaptation for communication channels (social networks, forums, e-mails).

• Monitoring of trends and current news, creation of info drives. 

• Writing press releases and texts for the corporate blog (articles, case studies, etc.).

• Communication with partners on collaboration issues.

• Monthly reporting and metrics analysis. 

What is important to us:

• From 1 year of experience as Marketing Assistant, Assistant/junior Brand manager or SMM, Content Creator, PR, Copywriter. 

• Experience in promoting an IT company (services or employer brand). Experience in affiliate marketing will be a big plus.  

• Knowledge of the functionality of social networks (Instagram, Linkedin, Telegram), understanding what a content plan and rubric are.

• Experience of managing social networks (Instagram, Linkedin, Telegram). 

• Copywriting skills (both in English and Ukrainian).  

• Attach a portfolio with work examples to the feedback (maintaining social networks, examples of texts, etc.)

• Compilation of technical specifications for designers or installers. 

• Knowledge of basic marketing metrics.

• Experience using AI (ChatGPT, Midjourney).
