We are looking for a proactive Brand and partners marketing manager for our client — an international company, developer and manufacturer of smart TVs and TV services.
The company's brand is represented on the markets of Europe and Asia. They develop their own software with an intuitive interface. They provide their customers with 24/7 support.
The main task is the organization and implementation of promotional activities with key partners in Europe and Ukraine. Currently, two brand managers already work in the Co-Promo and partners marketing manager team, but they plan to strengthen the team because they are rapidly developing in new markets. Conversational English is required to communicate freely with partners.
We expect from you:
- Higher education: marketing, finance, sociology.
- Knowledge of excel at a professional level levels.
- Experience of launching 360 advertising companies and performance evaluation.
- English upper intermediate - you can communicate with partners.
- Digital communication - you understand the tools; you can evaluate the company's efficiency; can read media plans.
- Experience in organizing events will be an advantage.
- Experience in preparing printed materials (POSM, zone branding, merch).
- Ability to conduct business negotiations and effectively negotiate with partners.
Basic tasks:
- Starting a full-fledged operational rhythm with partners in the given markets.
- Development of the brand in the given markets.
- Launch and promotion of new and focal products.
- Providing the floors with all the necessary materials for the product.
- Placement and control annual content quality.
- Synchronization of all activities by BU (PR, digital co promo).
- Consolidation and analysis of marketing budget effectiveness.
- Launch of all activities, according promotional calendar coordinated with GM.
- Finding effective solutions for brand promotion in given markets, analysis of effectiveness, selection of tools.
- Development of development strategy channel/partner.
- Conducting negotiation companies with partners.
- Development and use of mechanics to stimulate sales in channels.
