Key responsibilities
- Brand strategy development
- Formation of goals, positioning and brand development plans
- Analysis of the market, customer needs and competitive environment
- Building strategies that ensure growth
Analytics and management efficiency
- Market and KPI monitoring
- Data-based decision-making
- Identifying opportunities for growth
Cross-functional collaboration
- Close interaction with sales, medical, regulatory and supply chain departments
- Training and support of field teams
- Coordination of communication strategies
Local marketing campaigns
- Development and launch of communication materials
- Promotion through various channels (including digital)
- Building long-term brand loyalty
Patient-oriented initiatives
- Development of projects that improve the patient journey
- Support of therapeutic directions
Important:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a brand manager (Rx drugs) in a European pharmaceutical company
- Higher medical or pharmaceutical education
- Strong communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams
- Experience working with family doctors
- Proactivity and responsibility (from idea to implementation)
- English language level B2+ spoken and written, including analysis of scientific literature
- Availability of driving license and readiness for business trips
