Brand Manager for Export Markets in TERRA FUD

Terra Food is a confident leader of dairy products market in Ukraine. For more than 25 years we create and produce delicious and affordable food products with care for people by building strong brands like 

ТМ Ферма, ТМ Premialle, ТМ Тульчинка and many others. In order to improve our global position, we are looking for a qualified and competent Brand Manager for Export Markets. 

Core responsibilities:

• Core Export Brands’ strategy development and implementation; 

• Annual Brand Plans development for prior markets;

• Export A&P budget planning by Brand / by Country;

• Media campaigns planning, management and analysis;

• Brands’ researches analysis (Business Intelligence and Consumer Insights);

• BTL activities and TMA management through close cooperation with the Commercial Team;

• New products development and launch;

• Export Marketing Department workflow management.

Main requirements:

• Higher Economic or Marketing education;

• At least 3 years of proven experience as a Brand Manager in large FMCG company;

• Understanding of Export sales specifics, brands’ positioning and pricing policy building;

• Good experience in product packaging development;

• Experience in Digital Marketing promotion of the Brands; 

• Skilled development and implementation of basic marketing tools;

• Developed analytical skills and high attention to details;

• Well organized and strong project management skills;

• Creative thinking;

• High level of self-motivation;

• Strong communication skills;

• English language - Upper Intermediate level.
