Your key tasks:
- Develop and detail the brand strategy for the medium and long term in accordance with the overall strategic directly
- Analyze the effectiveness of the brand and brand activities, work with research and analytics, formulate conclusions and initiate actions to strengthen brand positions and achieve business goals
- Work on the development of key brand metrics within its area of influence
- Constantly monitor the market and competitor activities, translate findings into strategic solutions
- Plan and launch brand campaigns in close collaboration with marketing and creative teams
- Formulate clear brand and creative briefs for internal teams and contractors
- Evaluate creative solutions against brand strategy and business goals
- Ensure brand communication integrity across all channels and outlets of contact with the brand
- Build effective interaction with cross-functional teams: marketing, product, business and creative.
What is important to us:
- Experience as a Brand Manager more than 2 years
- Understanding the specifics of the iGaming market: regulation, high competition, fast communication cycles
- Strong strategic planning and project management skills
- Independence in making decisions within the brand strategy and responsibility for the result
- Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain focus in a complex, changing environment
- English language proficiency not lower than B2
- Developed organizational, analytical and communication skills
- Proactivity, openness, focus on results.
