Now we are looking for an important player for our team - Project Manager, who will provide the highest level of service and competence, turning our customers into ambassadors of the company.

Requirements for the candidate:

• 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in the field of digital or IT.
• Knowledge: General understanding principles of CRM/ERP systems and integration processes.

It will be an advantage:

• Practical experience with CRM systems.
• Understanding the operation of platforms: Shopify, WordPress, OpenCart, Horoshop, Tilda, Wix, Weblium, Shop-Express, etc.
• Basic knowledge of marketplaces (Rozetka, Prom.ua, eBay, Etsy, Allo, etc.).
• Skills for working with tables (Excel, CSV) and databases.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.

Intelligence and ability to learn quickly.

 Ability to work in conditions multitasking.

 Initiative and responsibility.

 Attention to details, systematic approach and clear formulation of thoughts.

Main duties:General tasks:

• Optimization of work processes (funnels of project management, scripts, recording of educational videos, etc.).
< li>Coordination of projects and internal processes.
• Reporting.
• Search for specialists as needed.

Project tasks:

Organization of work with the client:

• Creation of workspaces for communication (Telegram groups, task cards, briefings).
• Constant communication with the client to clarify details, send materials and control execution tasks.

Planning and coordination of projects:

• Development and coordination of the project scheme with the client.
• Formation of tasks in accordance with the technical task or commercial proposal.

Execution control:

• Monitoring the progress of tasks.
• Transfer of data between the client and specialists.
< li> Agreement adjustments with the client.

Client support:

• Support during the implementation of new systems.
• Providing training materials (checklists, video).
• Action or payment reminders.

Gathering feedback:

• Conducting calls after completing projects for receiving feedback.
• Formation cases and analysis of problematic points.
• Offer of additional services or support.

Communication with the team:

• Transfer of tasks to specialists.
