Brand manager in AROMATIKA, TOV

Aromatica Company, a domestic manufacturer of cosmetic products, invites the cooperation of a brand manager for the further development of a well-known Ukrainian brand.

Main tasks:

• Implementation of the brand promotion and development strategy using the most effective trade marketing tools: development and implementation of promotions, events in retail and pharmacy chains.

• Interaction with the content manager, designers, contractors.
• Work in the field of pricing.
• Work with the assortment based on sales analytics (ABC analysis, profitability reports).

• Development of the annual marketing budget; control of current expenses.

• Maintenance of the YouTube channel (content plan, sound).
• Control of compliance with brand standards according to the company's brand book

• Complete higher education in the field of marketing.
• Experience in a position with a relevant function of 2 years (perfume and cosmetics industry in priority);. 
• English language level A3-B2.
• Knowledge of office software package Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, < span style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">Power Point,1C, etc.
