We invite you to join our team Brand Development Manager (BrandManager) Your area of responsibility will include: Development and implementation of tobacco product brand strategies (Winston, Sobranie, Camel, LD, and others) aimed at achieving the company's goals Monitor the development of trends in the tobacco market , its segments and the evolution of consumer preferences Be responsible for developing business cases for new launches and portfolio optimization aimed at brand growth Analyze brand initiatives across the JTI portfolio, focusing on the commercial component Lead the development of new products and packaging, ensuring their alignment with the brand portfolio strategy to create JTI's balanced portfolio Participate in the development of pricing strategies, providing recommendations to the Brand Portfolio Strategy and Pricing Manager Develop and lead the implementation of initiatives to support brands in all channels of support in accordance with applicable legislation and regulation Work closely with other teams in Marketing, Sales, Finance and others, as well as with The regional team and the brand management teams at the headquarters. Who are we looking for? As a professional, you have: Higher education in (Marketing/Economics) 2+ years of work experience in an FMCG company (international preferred), brand strategy planning, communication strategy implementation Possess analytical skills, be able to draw appropriate conclusions and see the big picture Have good communication skills, be able to justify opinions and take initiative Possess English at the Advanced level (communication and cooperation with the English-speaking Marketing Director and colleagues at the headquarters in Geneva) What we offer: Official employment and permanent employment contract Mixed work model - 50/50 (work in the office/remote work).
