Brand Designer in BetterMe

10 talented designers are already working on the development and improvement of our branding. We are currently expanding the Brand Design direction and are looking for a colleague with extensive experience in visual communication.

Your future tasks:

• Develop, improve and create rules of engagement for the BetterMe team.
• Develop packaging for sportswear, accessories, yoga/pilates equipment and fitness trackers. Participate in the design of sportswear and accessories for BetterMe Store.
• Interact with the Creative team to help with communication (3D, animation, illustration) and content production. Set tasks for shooting based on references.
• Participate in creating landing pages and banners for products, clothes, challenges and other promotional campaigns that promote the BetterMe brand.
• Create presentations to represent the BetterMe team at international conferences.
• Embodies and communicates the value of the BetterMe team and products through visual branding.
• Interact with Content, PR, Product and Marketing teams to ensure consistency and quality of design.
• Join tasks for internal BetterMe team events.
• Create visual content for the App Store and Google Play taking into account the specifics of the platforms.
• Create visual concepts for advertising/creative campaigns, challenges and events.

What do you need for this?

• Portfolio with modern and aesthetic works.
• From 3 years of work experience as a brand designer or UI designer (in a creative agency or design studio that developed visual brand communication and promo sites).
• Knowledge of Figma, Photoshop/Illustrator, AfterEffects/Figma Animation/Jitter.
• Experience in creating and maintaining design systems.
• The ability to distinguish high-quality content (photo, video, illustration, 3D) among stock materials, as well as convey the idea through references and clearly formulate the task for the photographer or shooting producer.
• Intermediate+ level of English language proficiency.
• Ideological approach to problems — the ability to find solutions, adapt to changes and argue one's ideas.
• Developed presentation and communication skills — the ability to convey ideas, work effectively with a team, and provide constructive feedback.
• Self-organization is the ability to rationally plan time and maintain a balance between work and rest.

It will be cool if you:

• You know how to make a high-quality design with the help of typography, photography and appropriate graphics, without unnecessary complications.
• You have experience working with 3D (Cinema4D, Blender) and know how to create 2D animation (AfterEffects, Figma Animation, Jitter).
• Experiment with AI in design. You use it not only to generate images, but also in research and the creative process.
• Follow trends in e-commerce, branding and digital design.
