Brand Designer in Smarter

Smarter is a management company that leads a dynamic ecosystem.Our role consists in defining the overall strategy and implementing optimal approaches to the management and development of each business unit in our group.Our company's main areas of activity include the international fintech community Smart Team (https://smartteam.ae), brokerage company Statok ( decoration: none" target="_blank">https://statok.global< span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">) and the Pine product company.

We are looking for a talented Brand Designer to join the Smarter team to create, adapt and scale elements of the company's identity on various communication channels, as well as develop visual materials for internal and external projects.

Main tasks:

• Communications

Creating, adapting and scaling elements of the company's identity for various corporate channels (website, social networks, brand media, offline materials), being responsible for internal and external visual communication.

Preparation of visual materials for the HR department, the project office, and the Department of Communications (stickers, leaflets, presentations, instructions, visual support for internal communications).

Creating presentations for external events where company representatives speak.

• Working with merch                                                                                                                                 

Layout design development for external events and conferences (stands, branded merch, etc.).

Design of internal company merch for employees and corporate events.

• Brand design

Improving the company's brand book and updating visual solutions with a creative approach to tasks.

What experience we are looking for:

• Work experience - at least 2 years of experience in branding and graphic design.

• Skills in creating marketing materials, communications and working with illustrations.

• Excellent visual design skills (typography, colors, iconography, composition).

• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, etc.).

• Experience in preparing materials for printing.

• Ability to transform business requirements into creative visual solutions.

• Ability to generate ideas and present them, arguing one's vision.

• A systematic approach to work and the ability to see the overall picture (helicopter view).

• Ability to work with the existing identity and brand book of the company, developing them.
