Your future functional:

• full cycle of recruiting: search, selection and support of the candidate before entering the company.
• active search through job?sites, social networks, professional communities, referral programs and other channels. Direct search.
• posting vacancies and daily feedback monitoring.
• conducting initial interviews and assessing the professional suitability of candidates.
• interaction with managers for quick and high-quality closing of vacancies.
• formation and regular updating of the internal candidate database.
• keeping statistics and reporting on the process of closing vacancies.
• participation in HR?projects and maintaining a positive image of the company as an employer.

Our candidate has:

• higher education.

• work experience in the field of recruiting from 1 year.
• knowledge of modern candidate search tools.
• ability to conduct interviews and assess competencies.
• communicative, organized, result-oriented.
