Organization and control of supplies. Interaction with authorities (GR): Building and maintaining relations with local government and state bodies. Lobbying the interests of the company. Maintenance: Organization and control of the technical condition of electric scooters. Management of a team of mechanics. Planning and organization of diagnostics and repairs. Logistics: Planning optimal routes for crews. Organization of placement and collection of scooters in the city. Analysis and reporting :Monitoring of key performance indicators (KPI).Preparation of reports and interaction with management companies.Implementation of projects aimed at improving work performance.Personnel:Search and hiring of new employees.Planning of work schedules of crews.Organization of an effective workspace for the team.Requirements:Higher education.Analytical abilities.Orientation on results and the ability to make quick decisions.Readiness to a flexible schedule and work in conditions of high dynamics. Experience in management and financial planning. Ability to analyze data and generate reports. Skills in the organization of technical maintenance and logistics.
