< strong> Responsibilities:

Analysis and assessment of existing processes, which includes skills and abilities:

- communicate with process owners: sales, project management, HR , finance, etc.

– understand current operational procedures and processes

– analyze software used in process automation

– identify and prioritize current operational needs and problems

– create a list of changes needed to optimize the process and coordinate their implementation

Develop new or improve current process flow diagrams, lists of rules and procedures

- determine process flows using an internal business process management tool

- specify and agree with process owners the list of changes necessary for process optimization

- work with the software development team to implement processes in own business process management tool

Creating technical tasks for the software development team to configure the process logic when using in-house development software

- to ensure that all implemented solutions work properly .

Coordinating and supporting the implementation of new/optimized processes in practice at the level of process owners.

Develop unique standards of relevant corporate documentation (flow charts, user manuals, etc.).

Experience:

- Clear understanding of key business process flows in a mid-sized company

- Experience in business process development and/or optimization.

- Worked with BPM definition software such as Bonitasoft, Camunda, Signavio, etc.

Skills and Education Required:

- Mastery of BPMN2 notation, usage and patterns

- Attention to detail

- Analytical thinking

- Ability to work independently

- Ability to organize workload with full responsibility for what you do

- Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly.

- Higher education in IT/technical field (is an advantage).

p>- Languages: English, Ukrainian (written and spoken - at a high level).
