Outstaff company Ukrany is looking for a Bookkeeper for a fully remote job in an American design and marketing agency.

Requirements:
- Speaking English: B2-C1 level
- 4+ years of experience as an Accountant
- 2+ years of experience with Quickbooks
- Experience working with US companies
- An eye for detail
- The ability to meet deadlines
- The ability to communicate complex data in a clear way
- Exceptional organizational skills
- The ability to prioritize projects
- The ability to meet deadlines
- Customer service skills
- Excellent data entry skills
- Payroll accounting skills
Responsibilities:
- Documenting transaction details
- Putting together financial reports
- Fact-checking accounting data
- Notify senior staff of any accounting errors
- Calculate interest charges
- Recording financial transactions
- Tracking payroll data
Working hours: flexible, but should be available until 7 pm Ukrainian time zone for meetings or urgencies.
