Send over your CV, and let's get to know each other better.Requirements:3+ years of professional experience as a Back-end Engineer;Experience with Node.js;Extensive experience in developing and deploying smart contracts using Solidity and related technologies;Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScriptStrong understanding of blockchain technology and Ethereum ecosystem;Experience with smart contract development frameworks such as Hardhat and OpenZeppelin;Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and Web3.js;Knowledge of database systems such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL;Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud);Proficiency in implementing ERC protocols (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155);Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;Excellent communication and teamwork abilities;Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently;Experience with version control systems (Git);Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies;Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices;Experience with other blockchain platforms and technologies - will be a plus;Understanding of security best practices in smart contract development - will be a plus;Contributions to open-source projects - will be a plus;Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) - will be a plus.Responsibilities:Write clean, modular, and reusable code that follows industry best practices and standards;Develop, deploy, and manage smart contracts using Solidity;Ensure the security and efficiency of smart contracts;Utilize smart contract development technologies and frameworks such as Hardhat and OpenZeppelin;Implement ERC protocols (e.g., ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155) as needed for project requirements;Contribute to system architecture decisions and lead the development of new features and improvements;Ensure the architecture supports rapid development and deployment cycles;Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality products;Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance;Implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure high-quality code and applications;Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality;Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability;Identify and address performance bottlenecks;Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies;Continuously improve skills and knowledge through training and self-study.
