For our part, it is important that you have analytical skills, be result-oriented, empathetic, responsible and independent, be confident in negotiations, open to communications, as well as:

  • English at the upper-intermediate level and above (70% correspondence and 30% calls);
  • Experience of communication with clients on the international market;
  • Experience of working with B2B businesses from the 1st year.

We will be a plus:

  • Courses on negotiations and marketing;
  • Ability to understand new information;
  • Gained experience in the fields of: Adtech, Marketing, IT, Online services providers ;
  • Understanding what the CRM system is for.

We expect results for 1 month: learn the instructions, start writing emails, communicating with partners.

6th month: independently solve issues in working with clients. Offer your solutions to targets, involving colleagues in work. Make an upsell.

Main tasks:

  • Expansion of the partner base;
  • Writing emails and conducting calls with partners;
  • Removing partners from the "waiting" status;
  • Performance of tasks with the involvement of technical and financial departments and the department of account managers;
  • Search for contacts through LinkedIn and other resources;
  • Filling in HubSpot's CRM system;
  • Weekly meeting with top managers and Team-lead.
