Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher technical education
< li>Ability to read construction drawings
• Availability of spatial thinking and knowledge of the basics of sketch geometry.
• Basic knowledge of lighting technology.
• Level of English Pre-Intermediate or higher

Required knowledge and work experience

—Revit:

• Know Revit and all the necessary functionality to create and designing projects.
• Know and understand stages construction.
• Make working plans and surveys of premises.
• Create your own families and manage existing ones.
• Make extracts and specifications for the project.
• Know Revit MEP
• Understand BIM principles.

—3DS Max:

Know 3dsMax and all necessary functionality for visualizing exteriors and interiors.

• Model architecture and environment, use additional scripts to speed up work . Organize the workspace in the scene, independently analyze and fix errors in the project, do post-processing in Photoshop.
• Be able to adapt 3D models imported from other programs and fix bugs in imported 3D models.
• li>Configure basic and complex materials in the Material Editor, use the built-in library of materials and 3D models.
• Be able to create photorealistic renders in Sorona: set compositionally correct evening lighting, master Sorona Camera at an advanced level, use Interactive render to find a perspective.
• Be able to design a high-quality portfolio, present your work, work with edits.
