Required knowledge and work experience
—Revit:
- Know Revit and all the necessary functionality for creating and designing projects.
- Know and understand the stages of construction.
- Make working plans and surveys of premises.
- Create your own families and manage existing.
- Make extracts and specifications for the project.
- Know Revit MEP
- Understand BIM principles.
—3DS Max:
Know 3dsMax and all necessary functionality for visualizing exteriors and interiors.
- Model architecture and the environment, use additional scripts to speed up work. Organize the workspace in the scene, independently analyze and fix errors in the project, do post-processing in Photoshop.
- Be able to adapt 3D models are imported from other programs and fix bugs that are in imported 3D models.
- Configure basic and complex materials in the Material Editor, use the built-in library of materials and 3D models.
- Be able to create photorealistic renders in Sorona: set compositionally correct evening lighting, master Sorona Camera at an advanced level, use Interactive render to find a perspective.
- Be able to design a high-quality portfolio, present your work, work with edits.
