The main channels of communication are chat and e-mail. Your future responsibilities: work as a second line of support, solving customer requests on the topic of payments and refunds written communication; risk assessment for specific situations, working with customer objections; collecting feedback from users; We are waiting for you: work experience in the position of Customer Support Representative/Billing Support Specialist from 6 months; high level of command of the written English language (Upper-Intermediate level), oral command will be an advantage; the ability to communicate politely and meaningfully; indifference and a desire to help users; responsibility for the result and the ability to make optimal decisions; interest in the topic of a healthy lifestyle and willingness to learn.
