Howly is a Ukrainian startup in the ecosystem of multi-product company and venture builder SKELAR. We are committed to revolutionizing online consulting and are actively working on a platform that will make this possible. We are currently looking for a Billing Support Agent to liaise with our users via email and help them resolve any billing issues they may have they arise.
Responsibilities:
— Help customers by mail, on issues of cancellation of subscriptions, refunds;
— Follow all necessary instructions to provide quality service;
— Resolve tickets through Zendesk;
— Work on a 3 by 3 schedule.
What skills are needed:< /strong>
- Knowledge of the English language:Upper Intermediate (B2 ) or Advanced (C1);
—6 months+ work experiencein customer support or billing support teams;
— Will be a plus: experience with payments.
