Customer Care Department is the largest department of Brainstack_, looking for a Billing Support Agent to join the Billing team.< /p>

Needed skills:

• Fluency in English (advanced level);
• Strong communication skills;
• Time management skills;
• Invoicing/Risk/Payment experience would be an advantage.

Would be a plus:

• Experience in billing/risk/payments

Main tasks:

• Processing refund and retrieval requests;
• Processing risk responses in Zendesk;
• Conducting work-related investigations;
• Communicating with payment provider/bank, etc.;
• Keeping abreast of industry news and tracking new implementations that dictate major CardBrands.
