Billing specialist in Customertimes

We are looking for an active and initiative Billing Specialist, who will be ready for new challenges and interesting tasks.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Issue and post bills, receipts and invoices
• Send invoices and account updates to clients
• Keep an accurate record of client accounts and outstanding balances
• Receive, sort, and track incoming payments
• Validate debit accounts to ensure the credibility of payments
• Address and solve client questions and issues
• Securely handle client data and payment information
• Provide regular, accurate reports of billing data
• Checking the billing is in line with the forecast
• Controlling the CRM system records are timely processed for the monthly billing

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or similar
• 3+ years of experience in a billing specialist role
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
• Incredible attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Proficient knowledge of MS Excel
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Quickbooks, SAP is an asset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Upper-Intermediate level of English
