JatApp is a product IT company that creates massive, useful and high-tech products , which are used daily by millions of users from all over the world.

We are looking for a Billing Operations Manager to join our finance department to add expertise to the team.

Key tasks:
• Finding, connecting new payment providers and additional payment methods with the aim of expanding payment options with the best conditions for the project.
• Regular monitoring and analysis of key indicators: Approve ratio, number and type of deviations; search for opportunities to improve these indicators;
• Ensuring optimal routing of payments for maximum efficiency of their processing.
• Setting up and managing anti-fraud mechanisms to protect existing payment systems.
• Collaborate with Legal, Product and Finance teams to improve policies and processes (T&C analysis/changes/suggestions, PCI DSS compliance, etc.)

Required Skills and Experience:
• 1.5+ years of experience in payment processing/billing;
• Understanding of processing using different payment methods such as cards and alternative payment methods;
• Experience in working with anti-fraud service (setting risk rules, analysis of their performance);
• Upper — Intermediate (or higher) level of English;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

• Ability to take responsibility and close turnkey tasks
