Billing Operations Manager in SKELAR

Now we are looking forBilling Operations Manager to one of our businesses - Paw Champ, who will become an important part of our team and will be responsible for improving the billing support direction. In this role, you will be a key part of our operations team, ensuring that every aspect of billing is performing at the highest level.

Paw Champ is an online dog training school that helps owners become the best "parents" to their four-legged friends. Our mission is to provide easy and effective access to knowledge that makes dogs happy and obedient and their owners confident and satisfied.

What challenges await:
— Processing requests from customers via email, and further through other communication channels (e.g. chats, calls);
— Analysis of key risk metrics (refund rate, chargeback rate, etc.) and preparation of reports;
— Participation in the development of necessary strategies to improve the main payment metrics;
— Cooperation with cross-functional teams;
— Preparation of documentation for chargeback appeals;
— Detection of fraud and participation in the development and improvement of the antifraud system.

What is important for us:
— English level B2+;
— Experience in this position or billing support 1y+;
— Knowledge payment gateways (for example, Stripe, PayPal) and payment processing tools;
— Understanding the principles of risk metrics;
— Ability to monitor and interpret key risk metrics (refund rate, chb, fraud etc);
— Experience with data analysis tools (eg Excel, Google Sheets) to create analytical reports;
— Skills in filing chargeback appeals with appropriate documentation;
— Understanding of basic rules and norms governing chargeback processes.

Would be an advantage:
— Knowledge of online billing systems and subscription platforms;
— Knowledge of fraud detection methods and systems;
— Ability to work with antifraud tools;
— Experience with CRM systems (for example, Zendesk, Salesforce);
—Participation in creating and implementing strategies to improve key payment indicators.
