Together we will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of billing processes and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations. The billing manager will be critical in optimizing the billing process and ensuring compliance with the group's policies and relevant regulations.IF YOU AREExperienced in billing, finance, or operations with at least 5 years in the fieldHolding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related fieldKnowledgeable in customers’ billing processesA proven leader with experience managing teamsProficient in billing software and Microsoft Office SuiteSkilled in analytical thinking and attention to detailEquipped with strong communication and interpersonal skillsResilient under pressure and efficient in managing multiple tasks simultaneouslyComfortable working both independently and as part of a teamFluent in English at an upper-intermediate level or higherExperienced with SAP S/4 HANA (optional)Familiar with data visualization tools like Power BI (would be a plus)Holding professional certifications such as ACCA or CPA (nice to have)AND YOU WANT TOManage the billing processOversee all aspects of the billing process, ensuring that billing is accurate, timely, and compliant with the Group policies and relevant regulationsContinuously assess and improve the billing process and supporting documentation to enhance efficiency and accuracyPrepare for and participate in internal and external audits, ensuring that financial assessments are conducted with a focus on evaluating risk implications relative to the budgetOversee the use of billing systems, ensuring that the team is adequately trained on any tools or platforms used in the billing processSupervise, mentor, and train the teamTOGETHER WE WILLCollaborate in a friendly and supportive working atmosphereAttend company events and team-building activities and receive corporate presentsCare for your wellness with a health insurance packageHave access to 11,300+ learning solutions with SoftServe University and Udemy BusinessHelp you with your individual initiatives — we are open to them, just come and share your ideasEmpower you to scale your expertise with others by joining the Mentoring Program SoftServe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
