Brainstack_ expertise:
—Product management
We launch and implement products from scratch in the shortest possible time.
—Billing Development
We launch and connect all possible payment methods, optimize payment processes for customers around the world.
—Customer Care and Sales
We provide support for our products, support billing processes, work with Zendesk.
— Inbound and Paid Marketing
We generate multi-channel worldwide traffic for our products, create content, work with large budgets.

Required skills:
— 1-2 years of work experience in a similar position in the billing/payments area;
—Experience of integration of payment providers, acquiring banks (card and alternative payment methods);
—Host2Host/Server2Server, HPP, iFrame integration experience;
- Experience with SQL;
- Experience with Excel.

Main tasks:
— Analysis of API documentation, testing of requests, analysis of responses;
— Communication with providers to resolve issues;
—Creation of TK for integration on the development team and process support before production;
—Control of the "life and state" of active integrations with the help of Tableau/Grafana/ELK;
— Error analysis, analysis and search for the cause of errors in logs;
—Support of our customers during and after the integration process;
- Maintain and update Enterprise Wiki - Confluence.
