We are looking for BIAnalyst !

What should be done?
- analyze large data sets, patterns of customer behavior with the help of AI tools;
- prepare proposals for organizing/conducting campaigns/mechanics for customers of loyalty programs;
- form and execute retraining data from the database;
- prepare reports with analytical conclusions, analyze the effectiveness of offers for clients.
What do we expect?
- average level of knowledge and understanding of structured databases (Oracle or MS SQL, etc.);
- average level of knowledge of the SQL query language;
- knowledge of BI tools : Excel (intermediate level and above), Power BI (intermediate level), SPSS (preferred);
- knowledge of A/B testing methodology (preferred);
- experience working in software environments SQL (Oracle SQL Developer or MS SQL Studio, etc.);
- experience in developing SQL scripts, processing datasets in BI tools (Excel/Power BI);
- ability to form analytical conclusions, present results;
- desire to learn quickly and independently;
- accuracy, initiative, responsibility.
