We are looking for a manager of benefits and compensations for the Smart group of companies to join the team of the HR Department. strong>Energy
Responsibilities:
- Calculation and documentation payment of bonuses, material assistance, benefits and compensations, approval of job grades, correspondingly approved programs for all employees of the group of companies
- Preparation of proposals for improving the system of remuneration, benefits and compensations, implementation, administration of approved programs
- Compliance control and participation in issuing orders for provision of additional benefits according to certification of workplaces according to working conditions.
- Organization of interaction with insurance companies, introduction of document flow and payment of medical bills insurance
- Budget planningfor wages, bonuses, training and all other expenses for employees of the group of companies (P&L, Cashflow)
- Preparation of presentations and materials for approval of the annual budget with members of the committees and the supervisory board (in Ukrainian and English)
- Monthly updating of planned budget data (Oracle, 1C)
- Preparation plan-fact of personnel expense reports (month, quarter, half-year, year) (incl. in terms of cost items, personnel categories, etc.) with the provision of factor analysis of deviations
- Analysis and assessment of the number of personnel, preparation of reports
- Preparation and analysis of HR metrics
- Providing information for reviews of the salary market and conducting analysis of the obtained results. Preparation of a proposal for revision of wages in the SE Group (based on the analysis of data on the labor market, financial and business results of the group of companies)
- Participation in the resolution of wage calculation issues, control of the correctness of calculations
- Management of staff schedules of a group of companies
- Control and administration of HR information systems in terms of compensation and benefits
- Implementation and support of automation of budgeting processes, accounting and reporting on FOP expenses and other personnel expenses
- Participation in the implementation of other projects of the Department of Personnel Management
Requirements for the candidate:< /p>
- Higher education (economics, finance)
- Required: excel - advanced user (complex formulas, summary tables, graphs)
- Additional: courses , trainings by direction S&B (grading, methods of labor market analysis and formation of reward systems, etc.)
- Perfect knowledge of labor legislation
Experience:
- From 3 years - in the direction of payroll, administration of the system of compensation and benefits, in companies of the international level, in the positions of a leading specialist and above
- Grading experience (understanding of the main principles)
- Practical experience of working with large data sets, formules, summary tables, construction of graphs, diagrams, etc.
- Software: in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, 1C, Oracle
- English language - confident level (oral and written)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment - task planning, prioritization, timely execution, personal responsibility for the result
