We create bags and other products, in every seam of which aesthetics, high quality and craftsmanship are palpable. Today, we are expanding our search for an "advertising fairy" - a targetologist, which will help to scale the brand, and not just "advertise" and together with us will promote Ukrainian.What needs to be done:- Development of an advertising strategy
- Instagram and TikTok advertising work
- Advertising campaign optimization
- Analysis of results (clicks, applications, lead value)
- Creative proposals and video recommendations (mwe create content ourselves)
- Cooperation with the owner of the brand
- Understanding that advertising = creative + meaning, not just settings
- Ability to work with videos (reels, TikTok)
- Result orientation (applications, sales)
- Initiative (do not wait for tasks, but propose solutions)
- There is experience with successful cases
What is NOT suitable:
- "Just nalaI love advertising"
- Work without tests and hypotheses
- Focus on likes/reach instead of sales
- Start without analysis of CA and competitors
Terms:
- Remote work
- Part-time employment (to be on call 10:00-14:00)
- Ad budget: negotiable
- Payment: rate 2,000 UAH + bonus for the result (negotiated). Review every 6 months.
