Estellita chain of beauty salons (on Vynogradar, Varshavskyi residential complex) is looking for a responsible administrator. Preferably with experience in a beauty salon/clinic/dentistry/sports club

Experience in the Beauty Pro program will be an advantage

Requirements:

• Competent language
• Punctuality
• Multitasking
• Politeness
• Knowledge of basic computer programs (WORD , EXEL)
• Ability to work in a team

Responsibilities:

• Receiving phone calls, working in social networks
• Forming a record, drawing up work schedules of masters
• Accounting and cash operations, working in the salon program
• Making orders for the necessary products
• Management and analysis of the client base
• Control of personnel work, accounting of consumables, calculation of personnel wages (paid daily)

Working conditions:

• Variable schedule (according to the 2/2 rule)
• Salon working hours 9:00-21:00
