Consultant/Analyst BAS (1C) remote in Ksisters

Ksisters is an international company specializing in the distribution and promotion of Korean cosmetics in Europe. Our mission is to make K-beauty trends accessible to everyone by offering customers only certified, original products from South Korea's leading brands.

Role description:We are looking for a BAF analyst who will connect business and development: gather requirements, form clear TOR and help implement solutions based on BAS ERP. This is a role for those who like structure, logic and want to influence processes, not just "maintain documentation".

Responsibilities:

• analysis of business requirements and their formalization
• setting of technical tasks developers
• management of changes in the system
• communication with development teams and users
• maintenance of functional documentation
• preparation of instructions and training of users

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with BAF (analyst / consultant)
• experience of working with BAS (ERP)
• experience of working with large volumes of data
• experience of TOR preparation
• English - from upper-intermediate

Would be a plus: • experience in document flow / HR-systems implementation • technical or economic education

Conditions:

• remote work (priority — Kyiv)
• full-time (9:00-18:00)
• 80,000 — 100,000 UAH (willing to discuss above)
• prospect of growth to senior business analyst
