Banner designer (e-commerce) in 12 Plyashok

We are looking for an attentive and creative banner designer who wants to develop in the field of digital design and learn how to create effective advertising visuals for social networks and websites.

Responsibilities:

• Creation of banners for social networks, e-commerce platforms and advertising campaigns.
• Adaptation of ready-made layouts for various formats (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, sites).
• Working with text, color and composition to achieve maximum efficiency.
• Cooperation with the marketing team to test and optimize visual materials.
• Participation in identity development and updating the design system.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Photoshop or Figma (possible after courses or independently training).
• Ability to competently work with color and typography.
• Desire to learn and improve in advertising design.
• Attention, sense of style, responsibility for the result.

Conditions:

• Salary: from UAH 37,000 + bonuses for creative performance.
• Schedule working hours: 10:00–18:00, Mon–Fri.
• Location: Kyiv (office/hybrid).
• Education: mentor support, practical tasks, advertising design courses at the expense of the company.
• Possibility to move to the role of UI/UX or brand designer after 6–9 months of work.
