If you already have experience in generative AI, it’s an added advantage, but we are equally excited to support your development in this transformative space.This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career engineer to work on impactful projects, enhance their skills, and collaborate with a team of experienced professionals in one of the most innovative and dynamic industries.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Due to the multiple levels of Backend Engineers, we are looking for experience ranging from 1 to 2 years of proven experience writing high-quality software code in a collaborative environment using PythonPrior knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem-solving, and complexity analysisPreferred basic knowledge with generative solutions like RAG, finetuning, etc.Experience working with cloud platforms: designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud-based solutionsUnderstanding of design for scalability, performance, and reliabilityEffective communication behavior: can connect with both technical and non-technical audiences effectively in EnglishA continuous learning mindset with the ability to challenge yourself and apply new knowledgePersonal drive and a proactive approach to getting things doneAdapt to the fun, fast-paced environment of our engineering teamKey Responsibilities:Design, develop, and support new functionality of our Generative AI platformManage individual projects and milestones with abundant communication of progressDesign infrastructure for new features with the input of peersCreate and maintain automated testsEngage in engineering on-call escalated support of services owned by the teamNice to have:Publicly reviewable contributions to exciting development projectsBasic knowledge of software architecture for large distributed systemsUnderstanding of Kubernetes and Helm.
