We’re committed to delivering cutting-edge games that engage players with outstanding mechanics and envelop them in rich, immersive narratives.In this role, you will:Develop and execute comprehensive B2C marketing strategies to generate player demand for VeliPlay’s gamesResearch, identify, and evaluate appropriate influencer marketing agencies and individual influencers who align with our target audience in different marketsCreate and manage VeliPlay’s B2C social media accounts and content strategyCreate and manage influencer marketing campaigns to promote our games in target marketsPlan and implement street marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and game popularityCoordinate outdoor advertising campaigns, including big boards and other relevant formatsDevelop engaging content for social media platforms popular among iGaming enthusiastsDesign and execute digital marketing campaigns to reach and engage potential playersAnalyze player behavior and preferences to inform marketing strategies and game promotionMeasure and report on the performance of B2C marketing initiatives and their impact on game demandCollaborate with the B2B team to align player demand generation with operator acquisition strategiesStay updated on regional iGaming trends and adapt marketing approaches accordinglyManage relationships with selected influencers, marketing agencies, and other relevant stakeholdersEnsure all marketing activities comply with local regulations and responsible gaming practicesProactively identify new marketing opportunities and propose innovative ideas for player engagementTailor marketing approaches for different regional iGaming markets, with a focus on Africa, Asia, and Latin AmericaSkills and experience you will need:3-5 years of experience in B2C marketing, preferably in the iGaming or gaming industryA strong foundation in B2C marketing principles and strategies, with a proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for game productStrong experience with B2C social media content creation and managementDemonstrated ability to research, evaluate, and select appropriate influencer marketing agencies and individual influencers who resonate with the target audienceHands-on experience with influencer marketing, street marketing, and outdoor advertising campaignsProficiency in social media marketing and community management forgaming or entertainment productsExperience in creating and implementing localized marketing strategies for diverse marketsStrong project management and organizational skills, developed through handling multiple marketing initiatives simultaneouslyA data-driven approach to marketing with proficiency in analytics tools, necessary for measuring campaign performance and understanding player behaviourOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, honed through creating compelling content and managing stakeholder relationshipsExperience with digital marketing tools and platforms, essential for reaching and engaging online gaming audiencesStrategic thinking ability, aligning player-focused marketing efforts with overall business goals and iGaming industry trendsFamiliarity with the iGaming industry, and understanding of player preferences and behaviorsA proactive mindset with a talent for identifying and pursuing new opportunities for player engagement and game promotionExcellent command of English (verbal and written)Additional qualities that will set a candidate apart:Experience or knowledge of iGaming markets in Africa, Asia, and Latin AmericaCultural sensitivity and ability to adapt game marketing strategies for different regionsSelf-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional teamCreative problem-solving skills to adapt to the fast-paced iGaming and game development industryStrong ethical standards and understanding of responsible gaming practicesWillingness to continue learning and staying updated on iGaming trends and player preferencesWe offer:Health carePaid sick days - 10 daysWell-being programWell-deserved restPaid vacation - 20 daysWork-from-anywhere opportunitiesHomeOfficeMix both options the way you wantLearning and DevelopmentPossibility to visit conferences and professional eventsInternal educational programsPowered by JazzHRubCP7I2ox7 Show more Show less Посадовий рівень Старший середній рівень Тип зайнятості Повний робочий день Посадові обов’язки Маркетинг і Продажі Галузі Інтернет-публікації
