Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced **B2B Sales Manager** to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and closing sales opportunities with nutraceutical brands, health companies, and e-commerce sellers. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth, nurturing long-term client relationships, and supporting our mission to be the go-to private label partner in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new B2B clients in the nutraceutical and wellness sectors.
- Identify and qualify leads through inbound and outbound efforts (email, LinkedIn, events, etc.).
- Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Collaborate closely with the product development and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Stay on top of market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to spot new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline status, and forecasts using CRM tools.
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the nutraceutical, supplement, health & wellness, or CPG sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of private label or contract manufacturing business models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Bonus Points For
- Existing network in the nutraceutical, CPA or DTC e-commerce space.
- Experience selling to CPA companies, Amazon brands, wellness entrepreneurs, or functional food startups.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations in supplement manufacturing will be a plus.
