We are looking for a B2B sales manager. For the development of the UKRAINIAN CX EXCELLENCE customer experience award project and great results, we are looking for a manager to work with corporate clients. An inquisitive, responsible, goal-oriented person who knows how to offer intellectual services and provide high-quality service support during the entire period of service provision will be able to work effectively and productively in our team. Duties: Work with existing corporate clients to expand cooperation, consulting and involvement in the All-Ukrainian Award from customer experience and service. Sale of participation in the Award through phone calls, online meetings, e-mails and messengers to persons who initiate and make decisions in companies: CEOs, marketing directors, managers of customer experience (CS), service departments, PR directors. Active search new clients and building long-term relationships with clients Managing the client base: working with current regular clients, finding new clients, maintaining and developing long-term partnerships, quality CRM management, forming a plan for working with clients and reporting. Providing high-quality service support to the client throughout the entire stage of interaction and the period of service provision. Implementation of an individual sales plan and key KPIs, work for a common result. Management of CRM and internal reporting. What is important for us: Experience in B2B sales Experience in negotiations with top managers and the first persons of companies Competent oral and written communication in Ukrainian, business correspondence skills Ability to listen and listen to customers, be able to determine their requests and provide quality service support Ability to self-organize and work remotely Confident knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), work with CRM Willingness to learn and develop Willingness to take responsibility for the results of one's work Personal qualities: curiosity, efficiency , proactivity, the ability to process a large amount of information and training, responsibility for the result
